# Regarding WA Block/ban issue

While we use the WA for maketing we need to accept that they are  consumable.

Replace the WA account if the WhatsApp account happen with a ban issue.

Note: 

* WhatsApp has risk control and it is unavoidable; 
* The WA account used in Promoter software is consumable; 
* It is risky to use your own WA account on Promoter software；
* We recommended to use some WA accounts to contact new customers and then guide them to your own WA account;
* Need to control the frequency of marketing, so that the WA account will be safer;
