2.1.Create chat seat account

Tips: User Name and password is used for login Chat Seat Account

Steps:

  1. Go to the Chat Seat list

  2. Click Create chat seat Button

  3. Fill the detail for the Chat Seat Account

  4. Set the permission for the chat seat Account

  5. Then save
