# 4.3.Replace Ban account

**Tips:** New WA account need to be online and do not assign to any chat seat.

**Steps:**

1. Go to the Chat Seat list
2. Enter the Chat room
3. Find the ban number
4. Move the mouse arrow to the picture of the WA 
5. Find the "Click to change account" button
6. Enter A new WA account number
7. Then confirm
