QA: WA accout failed to login-Not enough login license

When you find some of your accounts being offline,and failed to sign in again. And you get no reason show up. If so, check the WA login license settings.

In this case, you need to check if all the login license is being used.

For example, your account has 50 login license, and you already have 50 accounts occupies all of them. So you failed to sign in because the login license is not enough.

â‘ Contact customer service to add WA login license

â‘¡Disable login license of the ban number, and then enable login license for the new WA account

Steps:

  1. Go to Account Manage > WA Account

  2. Select the ban accounts

  3. Click Actions

  4. Click WA login Statu (Login lisence setting)

  5. Click Not available (Disable)

  6. Select the new WA accounts

  7. Click Actions

  8. Click Available (Enable)

  9. Select the new WA accounts again

  10. Click Sign in

  11. Refresh the page and check the login status
