4.1.Upload contacts

Before Marketing, please make sure you finished the basic settings. ​

If you already have contact info. You can upload the contacts and chat with them in one place.

Tips: User Name and password is used for login Chat Seat Account

Steps:

1. Go to the Chat Seat list

2. Click Create chat seat Button

3. Fill the detail for the Chat Seat Account

4. Set the permission for the chat seat Account

5. Then save
