2.3.How to configure/edit chat seat account

Only director account can configure chat seat account access control and permissions

Steps:

1. Go to Chat Seat > list

2. Choose the Chat Seat

3. Click Edit

4. Permission - Normal or View only

5. Upload contacts - Enable or Disable

6. Modify data - Enable or Disable

7. Delete chat record - Enable or Disable

8. Then Save
